Recently, BCI got some fantastic news about our positive, empowering work environment. In August, BCI was named among the nation’s top employers by “Great Places to Work,” with 76% of team members surveyed saying they’d recommend our company as an employer, significantly higher than the 57% average.

The survey results indicate Cuffe’s fellow employees share her sentiments, with BCI ranking high in employee pride. BCI also got high marks for its sense of welcome and belonging in the work environment, and trust of employees among company leadership. These survey responses highlight the company’s performance:
