Blackstone Consulting, Inc. is proud to announce that our founder, Joe Blackstone, has been selected as the recipient of the 2025 Community Service Award by the Los Angeles Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. This prestigious honor will be presented at the 86th Annual Black and White Ball.
This award recognizes Mr. Blackstone’s exceptional leadership and his unwavering dedication to community service. His work through the J3 Foundation, which he co-founded, has made a lasting impact on children and families across the region. The foundation’s signature initiative, the J3 Cozy Reading Club, provides critical literacy support to over 1,000 kids per year. Through this program, over 7,500 curated books and essential educational tools have been shared or distributed, helping students build confidence and improve academic outcomes.
Mr. Blackstone’s commitment to uplifting communities and supporting caregivers reflects the values that define our company. His efforts embody the Fraternity’s guiding motto: “Achievement in Every Field of Human Endeavor.” We are honored to see his work recognized by such a respected organization.
The Black and White Ball is expected to host over 300 distinguished guests and will feature a brief speech from Mr. Blackstone, sharing his gratitude and reflections on service. We celebrate this moment with pride and extend our congratulations to Joe for this well-deserved recognition
